We guarantee that any tech packs, CAD files, blueprints, material specifications, or private-label branding assets submitted to Bit Master International are treated with the strictest confidentiality.

  • Strictly for Production: All proprietary documents, schematics, and design files provided by the Buyer are secured and utilized exclusively for the purpose of prototype development and bulk production of your specific order.

  • No Third-Party Reuse: We categorically do not share, sell, replicate, or reuse client-provided designs for third-party production.

  • Catalog Privacy: Custom OEM products manufactured from client tech packs will never be displayed in our public catalog, social media, or marketing materials without explicit, prior written consent from the brand owner.

  • Logistics Information: Billing addresses, final destination shipping addresses, and port-of-entry details.

Bit Master International does not sell, rent, or trade your corporate data to marketing agencies or third-party brokers. We only share necessary operational data with verified partners required to fulfill your order, including:

  • Freight Forwarders & Couriers: (e.g., DHL, FedEx, standard shipping lines) for the sole purpose of delivering your goods.

  • Financial Institutions: Intermediary banks and payment processors required to clear Telegraphic Transfers (T/T) or Letters of Credit (L/C).

  • Customs Authorities: Export agencies required to clear your shipments legally under international trade laws.
